In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and supporting various departments with their technical needs. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities and hands-on experience with hotel systems and network management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain the hotel’s IT infrastructure, including networks and systems
• Provide daily technical support to all hotel departments
• Monitor system security, perform regular backups, and ensure data integrity
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related services
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar IT role, preferably in the hospitality sector
• Strong familiarity with hotel management systems such as Opera and Micros
• Solid understanding of networking, servers, and IT security practices
• Hands-on approach with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
