IT Support Analyst required

Location: Dubai, UAE

Scope of Position:

As an IT Support Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related issues, supporting IT operations, particularly for radiologists. Responsibilities include answering calls, resolving technical issues, and managing hardware and software troubleshooting.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Answer IT support calls and document issues
• Provide technical assistance to clients and radiologists
• Resolve incidents and service requests promptly
• Maintain hardware inventory and support end-user computing
• Engage in project work and other assigned tasks

Skills & Attributes:

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Application and hardware troubleshooting
• Experience with healthcare software and ITIL standards
• Familiarity with Office 365 and PACS/RIS software

Desirable Skills:

• AWS Cloud support
• Experience with HL7 integration and SQL queries
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools and Windows Server
