Description:
- Issue Job cards based on support requests received as per the Service Level Agreements (SLA) with the customers
- Schedule Engineers/Consultants and report to customers on a timely manner
- Ensure that the Engineers/Consultants are provided with the information required to complete the JO
- Coordinate with Engineers/Consultants and Customers on daily assignments and follow up on the completion as needed
- Ensure job cards are signed by the End User, wherever applicable
- Coordinate all administrative functions related to the entire support process
- Arrange resource, equipment deliveries, coordinate with subcontractor in order to execute projects as recommended by department heads
- Plan and schedule AMC preventive maintenance service as and when required
- Coordinate with transport staff and schedule their daily work based on business demands
- Arrange transport to staff for Engineers/Consultants to visit customer
- Manage and maintain a proper schedule
- Ensure Engineers/Consultants on site for service delivery before the scheduled time
- Maintain and update inventory of all IT stock items required for support
- Ensure that there is an adequate supply of standby items required
- Order, receive, inspect, and store equipment, materials and supplies for support effectively
Experience : 5 to 8 Years of Experience
