Hiring IT Support Officer Candidate

Location: Sharjah UAE (Candidate must be available in UAE)

JD:

• Hands on experience of Cisco router, switches and firewall troubleshooting
• Hands on experience of LAN/WAN and WIFI systems
• Hands on experience of Domain server, AD and group policy, print server, FTP server and client
• Installing and maintaining software, hardware including L1 & L2 support
• Installing and troubleshoot computer software and hardware configurations
• Installing high-level software security systems.
• Ensuring security software is kept up to date.
• Training staff on newly installed hardware and software systems.
• cPanel and ERP experience will be added as advantage.
• Required Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
• License/Certification: CCNA or MCSE (Preferred)
