We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and skilled IT Support professional with valid UAE Driving License to help manage and maintain our IT infrastructure across multiple exciting sites in Dubai & RAK (Sonara Dhow, NARA in the City- Catering, NARA Camps, such as NARA Oasis, NARA Private, & Sonara Camp). If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love the challenge of keeping hardware, software, and cloud systems running smoothly, this is your chance to make a real impact!

What You'll Do:
🔧 Manage and optimize IT infrastructure across multiple locations
💻 Provide hands-on support for hardware, software, and cloud systems
🔄 Oversee POS, inventory, and reservation software systems
📊 Monitor performance and ensure seamless onboarding/offboarding of employees
🤝 Coordinate with vendors and troubleshoot issues
🔍 Regular site visits to ensure everything runs without a hitch!
