It Support Specialist

We’re hiring! Al Malomat Center is looking for two experienced IT Support Specialists to join our team, one based in Sharjah and the other in Ajman. As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll manage and maintain our computer systems and assets, assist with upgrades and repairs, and provide training and technical support to our staff. You’ll also troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.

Key responsibilities include:

• Installing and supporting workstation software, hardware, network printers, and ip phones
• Performing system and network administration, testing, and upgrades
• Providing technical support and training to employees
• Implementing daily backup and recovery processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
• 2 years of IT experience
• Experience with operating systems, current equipment and technologies, backup and recovery methods, and system performance monitoring tools
• Advanced computer skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain enterprise passwords and information confidential
• Preferred qualifications/certifications:
• CCNA or MCSE
