IT Support Specialist

Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team immediately. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
🔧 Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting systems, workstations, mobile devices, and IT peripherals
💻 Providing day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, and software/hardware
🔄 Managing IT incidents and requests in line with SOPs
🛡️ Ensuring antivirus solutions are updated and maintained
⚙️ Performing regular and preventive maintenance duties
📧 Supporting MS Outlook installation and configuration
🖨️ Troubleshooting printers and other IT peripherals
