Description:
We are seeking a hands-on IT Support & System Administrator to join Alleanza Healthcare’s Dubai team. This role covers end-user support, infrastructure maintenance, and medical-device interfacing to keep both administrative and clinical systems running reliably. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with a proactive approach to problem solving in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, Office 365 and email.
- Support the rollout, configuration and ongoing maintenance of platforms such as CRM and HRMS.
- Manage and monitor network devices, servers, firewalls and security systems to ensure availability.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software faults, and carry out repairs or coordinate vendor support as needed.
- Assist with integration, testing and troubleshooting of medical/clinical devices and their interfaces.
- Maintain backup procedures, data protection measures and security best practices.
- Document system changes, create runbooks and support knowledge transfer to the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in IT support / system administration.
- Solid knowledge of Windows environments, Office 365 and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with server administration, backups and security management.
- Prior exposure to healthcare systems or medical device support is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset, good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
