Description:
We are looking for an IT Support Technician.
- Provided technical support in POS machines, including first- and second-level network troubleshooting.
- Administering & designing LANs, WANs internet/intranet, and voice networks.
- Manage all installations, deployments, and troubleshooting of networks, operating systems, and integrated technology systems across all outlets.
- Periodically check the computer hardware is safe & complies with health and safety legislation.
- Providing 1st line technical support, and answering support queries via phone.
- Resolving faults as reported on PCs, servers, laptops, Switches, LAN issues and Network printer
- Configuration and testing of any new hardware and software.
- Responsible for providing quality technical service by diagnosing, servicing and repairing the electronic security system of CCTV.
- Provide procedures and reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
Requirements
- One or more years of experience
- Candidate must be Locally available
- Can join Immediately
- Must have a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, or a similar field.
- A valid Driving License is preferred / ready for taking Driving within 6 months.
- Work Location: Dubai.
