It Support Technician

 

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Technician to join our team across multiple sites in the UAE. The successful candidate will install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks, provide hands-on technical assistance to staff and clients, and help ensure smooth operation of IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and network infrastructure.
  • Provide in-person and remote technical support to staff and clients for system setup and issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software faults, diagnose root causes, and implement fixes.
  • Replace faulty hardware components when required.
  • Maintain clear technical documentation and service reports.
  • Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair faults or set up systems.
  • Support roll-out and deployment of new applications and system updates.
  • Create and manage new user accounts and profiles, ensuring prompt response to support requests.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple open support cases effectively.
  • Maintain productive working relationships with end users and technical teams.
  • Test, evaluate, and recommend new technology solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
  • Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver timely support.
  • Valid driver’s license and own car preferred.
