It Tech Support Engineer

Description:

A globally known company in heavy industries is looking for an IT Tech Support Engineer – L2 for their office based in Dubai Airport Free Zone.

Job Responsibilities:

• Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP.
• Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security.
• Procuring network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with network installation. 

Other Required Skills:

• 2 – 4 years of relevant experience
• Good communication skills
• Proactive and positive attitude
• Willing to learn and to be trained
• Willing to do other tasks instructed to him not related to IT

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science or any courses that is related to Information Technology.
• Salary Package: Upto AED 6,000.00 ALL inclusive plus Medical Insurance
• Job Location: Dubai Airport Free Zone.
