Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality instruction in the Japanese language across various proficiency levels
- Develop structured lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment tools
- Maintain an engaging, disciplined, and culturally enriching learning environment
- Provide academic guidance and support to students to facilitate their language development
- Participate in curriculum enhancement initiatives and departmental activities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Language, Education, Linguistics, or a related discipline
- Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese
- Prior teaching experience in an academic or training environment is preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills
- Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and educational standards
