Mediaslide is the leading software company providing a powerful CRM solution for model and talent agencies. We are looking for a talented and motivated Sales & Support Specialist to join our team now in Dubai Media City .
In this role, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling inquiries via email and phone.
- Gather detailed information and analyze customer requests to ensure accurate resolution.
- Create and manage tickets for our development team, following up on progress and ensuring timely solutions.
- Effectively communicate with customers, keeping them informed about the status of their requests.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the Mediaslide software.
- Manage the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring smooth migration to our platform.
- Deliver exceptional training sessions to users.
- Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels.
- Conduct market research to identify business development opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Present our software solutions to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the development team to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.

We are looking for someone who:
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building positive customer relationships.
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Has a strong command of the English language (written and verbal).
- Holds a passion for technology and possesses a good understanding of software and computer systems.
- A developer background is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Enjoys working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Thrives on learning new things and has a willingness to continuously develop their skills.
