Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide the joinery team to achieve daily production and quality targets.
• Interpret and execute technical drawings with precision according to design requirements.
• Coordinate with production, design, and project departments to resolve any technical issues promptly.
• Maintain quality control standards, proper material usage, and minimize wastage during operations.
• Ensure workshop safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company guidelines.
• Support the on-site installation team when needed to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in joinery production, especially in retail displays, furniture, or fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of materials including MDF, veneer, laminate, solid wood, and related hardware.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed shop drawings accurately.
• Experience with woodworking machinery and tools.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Basic computer skills; prior use of ERP/Odoo systems is an added advantage.
