Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Jr. Accounts cum Admin. This position primarily involves handling accounting tasks, as well as providing administrative support to the organization.
- Assist with various accounting functions such as bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.
- Generate financial reports and assist in the preparation of budgets.
- Manage office inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, organizing files, and scheduling appointments.
- Support other departments as needed, such as assisting with HR-related tasks or coordinating meetings and events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, documents, and reports.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory.
- Provide excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Currently in UAE
- Proficient in English
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in accounting or administrative roles is an advantage, but not mandatory for junior positions.
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications (especially Excel).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
