Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and at least 2 years of UAE experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements
• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Prepare and file VAT returns
• Assist with the budgeting and forecasting process
• Adhere to financial regulations and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a junior accounting role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
