Junior Accountant

Description:

Caribou Coffee UAE is currently seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join our growing finance team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to grow within the finance function, and passionate about supporting operational excellence in a dynamic F&B environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping and reconciliations.
• Prepare and support inventory and stock reports for retail outlets.
• Participate in store stock counts and ensure proper cost control practices.
• Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience; prior experience in the F&B industry is a strong advantage.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with POS systems and ERP software is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach.
