Junior Accountant

Reflections Accounting is currently hiring a motivated and detail-focused Junior Accountant for an immediate start. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have a strong foundation in accounting principles, advanced Excel capabilities, and the enthusiasm to begin or grow their career within a professional finance team. The role requires readiness to join immediately and contribute to day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily accounting tasks, including accurate data entry
• Maintain, review, and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Support the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports
• Ensure proper documentation, organization, and filing of financial records
• Work closely with senior finance staff to support accounting operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems such as Oracle or Odoo is preferred
• Immediate availability to join is mandatory
• Strong communication skills with a high level of integrity and professionalism
