Junior Accountant

Description:

A growing organization in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join their finance team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of experience who are ready to take on a hands-on role supporting daily accounting operations. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred for this position.

The selected candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting transactional processes, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes

• Assist with invoice verification, processing, and accurate data entry

• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation

• Support bank reconciliations and manage petty cash records

• Assist in payroll processing and tracking of company expenses

• Coordinate with Procurement and Operations teams for invoice validation

• Contribute to audit preparation and assist in financial reporting tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline

• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is an added advantage

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills

• Reliable, responsible, and able to manage tasks efficiently

• Good communication and coordination abilities
