Junior Accountant

Description:

A growing organization operating across construction, aluminum, glass, and industrial trading sectors is hiring two Junior Accountants for its business units in Al Ain and Musaffah. The company is expanding its financial operations and is seeking detail-oriented professionals to support accounting functions across multiple locations.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling daily accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting reporting and reconciliation processes. This role requires strong attention to detail and familiarity with UAE accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) on a daily basis

• Handle supplier invoices, subcontractor billing, and inventory-related entries

• Perform daily bank reconciliations and manage petty cash

• Record financial transactions using Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel

• Assist in VAT reconciliation in line with UAE FTA regulations

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of accounting experience in the UAE

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Strong knowledge of:

• Tally or ERP accounting systems

• Advanced MS Excel functions

• VAT and UAE financial compliance

• Must be currently residing in Al Ain or Abu Dhabi / Musaffah

• Candidates on Spouse/Family Visa or Employment Visa eligible

• UAE experience from home country also considered
