Junior Accountant

Description:

Appello Interiors LLC is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or early-career accounting professionals looking to build their experience in a supportive and professional environment.

The selected candidate will assist with daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, support VAT documentation, and work closely with the finance team. Candidates holding a valid UAE Spouse Visa or Family Visa are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions accurately.

• Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.

• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.

• Perform regular bank reconciliations.

• Assist with VAT documentation and financial reporting.

• Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documents.

• Support the finance team with day-to-day accounting activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

• Previous UAE accounting experience is an advantage but not required.

• Valid UAE Spouse Visa or Family Visa is required.

• Strong knowledge of:

• QuickBooks, Tally & Zoho Books

• Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word

• Basic Accounting Principles & VAT Documentation
