Junior Accountant

Description:

Boilen Energy is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is suitable for an accounting professional who has a strong foundation in financial principles and is looking to develop their career while working with modern accounting systems.

The successful candidate will support daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, process invoices and payments, and assist with financial reporting activities. Candidates with hands-on experience using Odoo ERP and strong attention to detail are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately.

• Prepare invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

• Assist with monthly closing procedures and financial reports.

• Maintain accurate accounting records in Odoo ERP.

• Support the finance team with daily accounting operations.

• Ensure proper documentation and organization of financial records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of accounting experience.

• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is mandatory.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting principles.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
