Junior Accountant

Description:

Ultra Stream Technologies LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join its finance team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full-time opportunity is ideal for candidates with a strong accounting background who are eager to contribute to daily financial operations while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

The successful candidate will assist with bookkeeping, financial reporting, VAT-related activities, and monthly closing procedures. Applicants with experience in accounting, knowledge of VAT processes, and proficiency in financial record management are encouraged to apply. Experience in an IT trading company and familiarity with Odoo ERP will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting entries, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare accounting records, financial reports, and supporting documentation.

• Analyze financial data and prepare summaries as required.

• Maintain accurate financial records and Microsoft Excel reports.

• Assist with monthly closing activities and reconciliations.

• Support VAT preparation and filing processes.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

• Relevant experience in accounting and VAT-related processes.

• Experience in an IT trading company is an added advantage.

• Knowledge of Odoo ERP is a plus.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
