Junior Accountant

Description:

Premier Carpet is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join its finance team in Deira, Port Saeed, Dubai. This full-time opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of accounting experience who are eager to build their careers in a professional work environment.

The selected candidate will assist with daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support accounts payable and receivable activities. Applicants who are available to join immediately and possess strong organizational and analytical skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and updating the general ledger.

• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.

• Maintain organized documentation of financial transactions.

• Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify financial information.

• Assist the finance team with day-to-day accounting activities and reporting.

Accounting& Auditing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 0–1 year of accounting experience; fresh graduates with strong academic performance are welcome.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations will be an advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Excel.

• Experience using accounting software, preferably Tally.
