Junior Accountant

Description:

Elwirad Electrical Trading LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Junior Accountant to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the company’s financial operations while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.

This opportunity is well suited for accounting professionals who have experience in the UAE market and possess a strong understanding of VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial reporting. Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.

• Prepare monthly financial reports, reconciliations, and closing entries.

• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and bank transactions.

• Prepare and submit VAT returns while supporting Corporate Tax compliance.

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other external stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable UAE financial regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of UAE accounting experience is mandatory.

• Good knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
