Function: Accounting and Finance

Reporting to: Chief Accountant

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Role Functions

• Responsible for preparing payments, invoices, receipts, and bank reconciliation in accordance with company policies & procedures.
• Accountable for all local accounting entries on ERP system; and the preparation of monthly financial reports in accordance with IFRS.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the annual local audit review process

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or any relevant degree
• At least 3-4 years of experience as an Accountant in the Wholesale and / or Chemical Industry
• Proven knowledge and experience of local taxation rules and requirements
• Excellent English communication skills
