• Petty cash handling
• Processing and Payments of reimbursements
• Creating and updating expense report
• Cash collections
• Drivers and Shops collections
• Issuing of receipts
• Cash and check Payments
• Preparing and distributing checks
• Preparing Financial documents
• Invoices and customers statements of Accounts
• Postings of Accounts into the system
• Purchase Orders/Invoice
• Posting of sales orders
• Posting of expenses
• Completing Financial information on a regular basis that will be assigned from time to time.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a junior accountant.
• Excellent organizing abilities.
• Great attention to detail.
• Good with numbers and figures and analytical acumen.
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
