Junior Cost Estimator

Kalandoor is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Cost Estimator to join its Dubai-based team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with early-career experience in UAE fit-out projects, particularly those with a strong interest in cost estimation and project budgeting.

The role offers hands-on exposure to estimation processes, tendering activities, and cost control, making it a great step for professionals looking to develop their expertise in the construction and fit-out industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs and assist in the development of Bills of Quantities (BOQs)

• Support cost estimation processes and contribute to tender preparation and submission

• Review technical drawings and project documents to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and relevant information

• Assist in budgeting activities and monitor project costs to support effective cost control

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline

• 1–3 years of relevant UAE experience in fit-out estimation and cost management

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail
