Junior HSE Officer

Description:

Al Ain Mills is seeking a Junior HSE Officer with relevant experience in the food manufacturing industry to support health, safety, and environmental operations within its UAE facility. The ideal candidate will have practical knowledge of workplace safety standards, risk assessment procedures, and HSE compliance requirements.

The successful candidate will assist in maintaining a safe working environment, supporting HSE initiatives, and ensuring proper documentation and compliance with safety procedures. This role requires a responsible professional who can contribute to safe and efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental procedures within the facility.

• Monitor workplace safety practices and ensure compliance with HSE standards.

• Assist in conducting risk assessments and identifying potential workplace hazards.

• Maintain HSE records, reports, and required documentation.

• Support safety inspections, audits, and corrective action follow-ups.

• Promote safe working practices among employees and operational teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in the food manufacturing industry.

• Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards and compliance requirements.

• Experience with risk assessments and HSE documentation.

• Ability to support safe operations and maintain safety procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
