Junior It Support Executive

We are currently hiring a Junior IT Support Executive to join our team in the UAE. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and looking to build their career in IT support and software assistance.

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical support across software, hardware, and network systems, while also assisting clients with remote troubleshooting and system-related queries. A basic understanding of ERP systems and strong communication skills will be key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in supporting ERP systems including modules such as inventory, finance, and procurement

• Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware-related issues efficiently

• Provide basic network support and assist in maintaining system connectivity

• Offer client assistance and remote support for technical concerns

• Ensure timely resolution of IT-related queries and maintain service quality

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role

• Basic knowledge of ERP systems and business modules

• Degree or diploma in Computer Engineering or a related discipline

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Valid UAE driving license is required
