Junior Operations Manager

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Operations Manager at Glen Corp Scrap and Metal Waste Trading LLP in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Responsible for the day-to-day execution of various activities as well as liaising with various stakeholders to ensure the efficient and timely execution of the shipment process.

Responsibilities

• Timely preparation of export documents.
• Management of purchase orders and sales orders
• Generating of packing lists and BL instructions
• Tracking of shipments
• Coordination with suppliers, buyers, and forwarders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Previous experience or knowledge in operations, logistics or trading will be preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment, manage time sensitive issues and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Fluent in English
