Junior Planning Engineer

Description:

Mannesmann Energy L.L.C. is looking for a motivated Junior Planning Engineer to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for engineering professionals with UAE experience in project planning or project controls, particularly within the Oil & Gas or EPC industry.

The selected candidate will support project planning activities, monitor project schedules, and assist in maintaining project controls. Applicants should possess strong analytical abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a collaborative approach to working within project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and project control activities.

• Support the preparation and maintenance of project schedules using planning software.

• Monitor project progress and help identify schedule deviations.

• Prepare planning reports and assist with project documentation.

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Maintain accurate planning records and contribute to project performance tracking.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in project planning or project controls.

• Experience in Oil & Gas or EPC projects is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Strong willingness to learn and work collaboratively within a project team.
