Junior Property Inspector

Description:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Property Inspector to join our expanding team of technical professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting on-site inspections of residential and commercial properties, identifying potential issues, and assisting in the preparation of detailed inspection reports.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform property inspections under the supervision of senior inspectors
• Record findings accurately and clearly during site visits
• Assist in compiling and preparing inspection reports
• Coordinate with clients, site teams, and internal departments as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Strong attention to detail with a desire to learn and grow in the field
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Possession of a UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory)
