Join a leading turnkey joinery and fit-out company specializing in custom interiors for commercial, residential, and hospitality projects.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Study tender drawings, BOQs, and project specifications
• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and tender documentation
• Assist in project cost estimation and quotation preparation
• Maintain material and supplier cost records
• Support variation costing and project cost tracking
• Prepare comparison sheets, reports, and cost summaries
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams

✅ Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 1–3 years of experience in Joinery & Fit-Out projects
• UAE experience is an added advantage
• Knowledge of joinery materials and finishes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Immediate joiners are preferred
