Junior Quantity Surveyor

Future Contracting Co. LLC is currently seeking a JUNIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR in Dubai:

Responsibilities:

• Review of project drawings, documents, specification & preparing reports.
• Taking off quantities related to all structural works and architectural finishing works & preparing Bill of quantities.
• Preparing tender packages & required documentation (as per company policy).
• Preparation of tender evaluation reports.
• Track changes in plans and preparation of variations for running projects.
• Preparing subcontractors / suppliers payments & evaluating their work.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience
• Previous construction experience in UAE
• Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite
• Good experience in Planswift & AutoCad software
