We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Junior Sales Executive – IT to support our sales team in acquiring new business, managing leads, and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through research, cold calling, and networking
- Present and promote IT products and services to prospective clients
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling
- Coordinate with technical teams to understand client needs and deliver appropriate solutions
- Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT or software sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of IT products, software solutions, or SaaS (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to interact with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
