- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Masters’ degree is preferable

- Excellent troubleshooting skills

- Collaboration with development functions to deliver services
- Full stack management of complex, large scale SharePoint Enterprise 2013, 2016 and online environments
- Microsoft Project Server
- Establishment and adoption of best practices and development standards
- SharePoint Min-Role Architecture
- Set up, configuration, administration, including application server IIS, content management tools, SharePoint, workflow management e.g. Nintex.
- Website development/programming experience (.Net preferred)
- Windows scripting experience (.vbs)
- Installation, upgrade and administration of Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience of SharePoint Server Side and Client-Side Object Model
- Experience in SharePoint Designer Workflows
- Experience in ASP.NET / MVC / C# .NET / HTLM / CSS / JavaScript / jQuery / REST / OData / MVC / CDN
- Experience in using Visual Studio and using Microsoft Team Foundation Services
- Automation techniques, Agile working methodologies, Continuous Integration
