Junior Site Engineer

Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Site Engineer (Façade) to join our expanding team. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for candidates eager to grow their engineering career in a dynamic and supportive work environment. The role involves direct supervision and coordination of façade system installations, including curtain walls, windows, and sliding systems on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Oversee the installation of façade systems, ensuring compliance with approved technical drawings and safety protocols
🔹 Coordinate material delivery schedules and monitor inventory at the project site
🔹 Ensure accurate alignment and quality of work, while initiating and managing inspections where required
🔹 Identify and resolve any technical or on-site issues effectively and efficiently
🔹 Keep daily site progress reports up to date and participate in site coordination meetings
🔹 Support the snagging process and assist in the final handover of works
🔹 Work closely with QA/QC teams, Health & Safety Officers, and project management to ensure timely project delivery

Requirements:
🎓 Degree in Mechanical Engineering
🛠️ At least 2 years of proven experience in façade installation or related site works
💬 Excellent coordination, site supervision, and reporting skills
