Key Account Manager

 

Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join their team in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid reputation with local travel agents and a strong understanding of the online travel business.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard, train, and build confidence with new partners.
  • Maintain and grow existing business by fostering strong commercial and personal relationships with partners at all levels.
  • Negotiate commercial and financial conditions with partners.
  • Conduct regular site visits (3-4 days a week) to support agents both onsite and online.
  • Facilitate training/webinars and introduce new products to increase sales.
  • Follow up daily with clients and the team to drive better results.
  • Provide regular reports to the Regional Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in the travel industry in a similar role.
  • Strong, self-motivated, and goal-oriented work style with excellent business communication skills.
  • Proven experience in B2B negotiations and sales management.
  • Experience in developing sales, especially with travel agents.
  • Quick adaptability to new technologies, products, and procedures.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for business trips.
