Description:
The Role: We are looking for an aggressive and experienced Offline Channel Sales Manager to lead our retail expansion in the UAE. You will be the "Face of the Brand" to our retail partners.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Channel Hunting: Identify and open new accounts with top-tier toy retailers, luxury department stores, and electronics chains (e.g., Virgin Megastore, Mom Store, Mumzworld offline, etc.).
- Negotiation: Secure premium shelf space and negotiate commercial terms (margins, rebates, payment terms) aligned with company targets.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure our high-ticket products (1000-1500 AED range) are displayed with premium standards to justify the price point.
- Team Management: (Future) Recruit and manage in-store promoters/merchandisers.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and pricing in Dubai Malls and community centers.
Who You Are:
- Experience: 3-5+ years in offline sales/distribution in the UAE, specifically in Toys, Consumer Electronics, or Luxury Goods.
- Network: Proven existing relationships with buyers/category managers in major UAE retail groups (Hamleys, Majid Al Futtaim, etc.) is a HUGE plus.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, number-oriented, and self-driven.
- Requirement: Valid UAE Driving License and own car.
- Language: Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
