The role will focus on managing and growing relationships with key B2B and enterprise level clients across the UAE and wider region.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining long term partnerships, identifying commercial opportunities and delivering exceptional client service within a fast paced and highly professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with key B2B and enterprise clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic customer accounts
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling and cross selling
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision makers
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
- Support commercial negotiations, proposals and contract renewals
- Maintain accurate pipeline and account activity records within CRM systems
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the financial services sector
- Deliver against revenue and client retention targets
Requirements
- Approximately 0 to 5 years of experience within Account Management, Sales, Business Development or Client Relationship roles
- Previous experience working with B2B or enterprise clients would be advantageous
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive and client focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively
- Experience within financial services, fintech, SaaS or other professional services environments is beneficial
- Based in the UAE or open to relocating to Dubai
