Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Key Account Manager to join our Telecom, Mobility & IOT Solutions Sales team.

candidates must be capable of developing relationships with the key influencers and decision makers and driving sales through opportunity planning, executive involvement and value selling.

INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE:

The candidate must have background in Sales and Account Management in the following Industries and Technologies:

 

  • Communication Technologies like Fiber Optics, 3G, 4G, 5G and NIOT technologies
  • IOT, Ai, and Smart City Verticals
  • Government and Public sector accounts
  • Fixed Telecom & Mobile Network Operators

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITING TO,

  • Develop new strategy in Telecom and Communication opportunities in the market.
  • Develop IoT & Smart City sales opportunities within new and existing regional customers within the Smart City and Smart Rural Center programs with government and private sector.
  • Consult clients on the benefits of IoT and how it will digitally transform their businesses, resulting in securing AED XM+ partnerships.
  • Presenting to C-Level stakeholders, and negotiating deals end-end with clients, achieving annual sales targets.
  • Develop business model in Capex and Opex model based on market and industry trend
  • Interaction with customers and prospects to sell solutions and pursue net new business – this includes telemarketing and other lead generation and networking methods.
  • Manage complex accounts as a commercial contact point and drive multiple sales cycles while working with internal sales teams including pre-sales engineers, business consultant and marketing.
  • Helps customers to clarify their requirements; documents the conclusions reached and contributes to preparing and supporting bids and sales proposals.
  • Establishes metrics to provide data on performance and help with the continuous improvement of (Key) account management and sales activities.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALITIES:Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • 7+ years of successful sales and experience in Telecom, Mobility and IOT Smart City Solutions
  • Demonstrated history of selling complex solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Confidence and ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of customers including C-level executives.
  • Extremely proficient at uncovering opportunities within an established account base as well as bringing in new business.
  • Ability to develop meaningful business relationships at senior level.
  • Creative ability to run own campaigns (lead generation) in coordination with marketing and call efforts.
  • Possess strong communication skills, both in presentation and written format.
