We’re looking for an experienced Kitchen & Production Manager to lead our busy kitchen and production operations. If you’re passionate about fresh food, quality, and managing a motivated team, we’d love to hear from you.

 

What You’ll Do

 

Daily Operations

*Oversee day and night shift production to ensure smooth, efficient kitchen workflow

*Ensure orders are prepared accurately, on time, and meet Fruitful Day’s premium

standards

*Manage stock levels and reduce waste through effective planning and inventory control

*Coordinate with procurement for timely sourcing of fruits and packaging

*Maintain FIFO rotation and supervise month-end inventory counts

 

Team Management

*Lead, train, and support the kitchen team to uphold high performance and food safety standards

*Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork

*Ensure all staff are trained on safe equipment use and hygiene protocols

 

Quality & Fulfillment

*Maintain high standards in product quality, presentation, and food safety (HACCP/Dubai

Municipality compliant)

*Liaise with dispatch and customer teams to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries

*Act as point of contact for resolving production or fulfillment issues

 

Process Improvement

*Identify ways to improve production flow and reduce inefficiencies

*Maintain accurate documentation for internal use and audit readiness

*Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions where needed

 

What We’re Looking For

*Minimum 2 years’ experience in a kitchen, food production, or operations management

role

*Strong knowledge of fresh food prep, safety standards, and F&B operations in the UAE

*Excellent team leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

*Ability to manage pressure in a high-volume environment

*Good command of English (spoken and written); other languages a plus

*Culinary or food production certification preferred
