Al Malihi Transporting & Contracting Sole Proprietorship LLC, headquartered in M-3, Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, is actively hiring a qualified and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to support our ongoing infrastructure and construction projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with relevant experience in roadworks, earthworks, and utility infrastructure who are ready to contribute their technical expertise in a professional contracting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive land and topographical surveys for infrastructure, roads, and earthworks using modern surveying equipment.

• Operate and maintain GPS instruments, total stations, levels, and other digital tools for accurate data collection.

• Prepare precise and clear survey documentation, maps, and drawings, ensuring alignment with engineering and construction plans.

• Verify and record the layout of roads, utility lines, site boundaries, and excavation areas.

• Work closely with civil engineers, project managers, and construction supervisors to implement site designs and layout plans.

• Ensure all surveying activities comply with local regulations, company policies, and quality assurance standards.

• Assist in resolving site-level discrepancies or adjustments during execution.

• Provide real-time support to construction teams with site-level guidance and measurements.

• Keep up-to-date logs of equipment usage, site conditions, and daily progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of relevant surveying experience, preferably in infrastructure, roads, or earthwork projects.

• Proficient in using surveying software and hardware such as AutoCAD, GPS, total stations, and digital levels.

• Excellent documentation and reporting skills.

• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Familiarity with construction site practices, safety guidelines, and local terrain.

• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
