Landscape Site Engineer

Requirements:

- DM Qualified: MUST hold a Dubai Municipality (DM) qualification.

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in landscape and swimming pool projects in the UAE.

- Technical Skills: Proficient in project management, site supervision, and quality control.

- Communication: Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage site operations and coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members.(English is a MUST)

- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address site challenges and ensure project success.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage landscape and swimming pool projects from inception to completion.

- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise on site.

- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
