QLegal Consultants is an international legal consultancy team based in Dubai, and we are expanding. We are looking for a talented UAE National Advocate to grow with us.

We bring together legal professionals from diverse international backgrounds, working across property, rental, and commercial disputes for a global client base. Our team is dynamic, ambitious, and client-focused — and we are looking for an advocate who shares that same drive.

Under UAE Federal Law No. 23 of 1991 (as amended), only UAE nationals holding a valid Advocate Card issued by the Ministry of Justice are authorised to represent clients before UAE courts and tribunals. In line with this legal requirement, this position is open to UAE nationals only.

🔹 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• UAE National (Emirati) — mandatory legal requirement for court representation

• Valid UAE Advocate Card issued by the Ministry of Justice

• Licensed to appear before UAE courts and tribunals, including the Rental Dispute Centre (RDC)

• Experience in property, rental, and civil litigation

• Strong command of Arabic (required) and English (preferred)

• Ambitious, professional, and client-focused mindset

• Experience with international and non-resident clients is a plus
