L&d Trainer

 

Description:

As an L&D Trainer / Specialist at PSI, you will play a key role in shaping the growth and development of our workforce. You will be responsible for delivering impactful training programs, supporting competency development, and fostering a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

You will collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs, design tailored learning solutions, and measure the effectiveness of development initiatives. This is a dynamic role for someone who is passionate about people development and making a real business impact.

 

Key Responsibilities Training Delivery & Facilitation :-

 

  • Deliver engaging and high-impact training sessions (classroom, virtual, and blended) across departments.
  • Facilitate onboarding, soft skills, sales training, systems training, and compliance programs.
  • Adapt content delivery to suit different learning styles and business functions.

 

Program Design & Development :-

 

  • Collaborate with SMEs and leaders to design, update, and localize training content.
  • Build course materials including slide decks, participant guides, e-learning content, and assessments.
  • Apply instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to ensure effectiveness.

 

Training Needs Analysis (TNA) :-

 

  • Conduct TNAs with department heads to identify skills gaps and performance trends.
  • Maintain a TNA log and recommend targeted learning interventions.

 

Learning Impact & Reporting :-

 

  • Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, knowledge checks, and post-training assessments.
  • Track KPIs and prepare reports showcasing measurable business impact.

 

Learning Culture Enablement :-

 

  • Champion continuous learning and upskilling initiatives.
  • Organize internal workshops, knowledge-sharing events, and digital learning campaigns.

 

Qualifications & Experience :-

Education:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Professional certifications in L&D, Instructional Design, or Coaching (CIPD, ATD, etc.) are a strong plus.

Experience:

 

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate training or L&D roles.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training for diverse teams.
  • Background in real estate or sales training is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies:

 

  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with high emotional intelligence.
