A real estate brokerage based out of Emaar Business Park, The Greens, Dubai is seeking Lead Commercial Real Estate Agent.
- At least 1 - 3 years of Dubai Commercial real estate experience, both in Buying/ Selling and Leasing of commercial properties.
- A substantive and communicable understanding of the Dubai commercial real estate market, its evolution, cycles and future trajectory.
- Experience of dealing with corporate clients, large landlords and selling/leasing of bulk units.
- Should have extensive local and international professional connections to generate leads and listings.
- Proven capacity for identifying and building client relationships. Should have a substantive attitude for the job, the industry and the city.
- Deep understanding of the approach, functioning and requirements of commercial real estate clients. Decent numerical and analytical skills are a must.
- Decent sales and leasing record in major and upcoming commercial districts of the city.
- Basic Knowledge of various commercial and industrial property types like office, retail space, warehouse, commercial plots etc. Specialists would be preferred.
- A Bachelor’ s degree is a basic requirement and relevant real estate qualifications would be seen favorably.
- Good numerical and analytical skills, knowledge of real estate financial modelling tools like rent Vs buy, valuation and acquisition modelling etc. would be seen as positive.
- Candidates with proficiency in Russian or Arabic languages will get preference.
