We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Lead Technical Recruiter to join our fast-growing recruitment and executive search firm in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end candidate sourcing and delivery for IT and technology roles.
- Work closely with Recruitment Consultants and Account Managers to fulfil client hiring needs.
- Proactively source, screen, and qualify top IT professionals across various sectors, including software development, IT Infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and fintech.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline, ensuring swift and high-quality candidate placement.
- Utilize headhunting, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking to identify top candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews, assess technical skills, and present shortlisted candidates to clients.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, providing market insights and career guidance.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in agency or executive search firm.
- Strong understanding of IT job roles, technologies, and market trends.
- Exceptional sourcing skills with experience in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job portals.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates effectively.
- Target-driven and results-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
