Key Responsibilities:

3. Research & Insights: Drive design decisions using user research, analytics, and market trends.

4. Design Oversight: Supervise the creation and optimization of wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, and other departments to ensure alignment between design and business goals.

6. Feedback Management: Set up processes for regular feedback, review, and iterative design improvement.

7. Stay Updated: Keep updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

2. 7 years of experience in UI/UX design.

3. A robust portfolio showcasing a solid understanding of UI/UX principles.

4. Expertise in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and others.

5. Hands-on experience with user research methodologies and tools.

6. Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

7. A proactive approach to challenges with a knack for innovative solutions.
